Passengers in need of long- or short-term parking at Penang International Airport can make inquiries at the information stand located in the arrivals hall. The information stand is also available to assist with lost luggage concerns.

The passenger terminal buildings offer a range of amenities to enhance the travel experience. Duty-free shopping, restaurants, cafeterias, a bank, a bureau de change, a gift shop, and a pharmacy are available for passengers' convenience.
