Sungai Dua LRT Station Under Construction

❮ ❯

Sungai Dua LRT Station (S11) is a light rail transit station on the Penang Mutiara Line, located along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah near the Sungai Nibong Express Bus Terminal. Its position makes it an important access point for both local residents and intercity travellers.

The station is planned to serve nearby neighbourhoods, including Sungai Dua, Lip Sin Garden and Pantai Jerejak. It will also improve access to Tapak Pesta Sungai Nibong and the surrounding bus facilities, benefiting passengers attending events or continuing their journeys by coach.

By linking local communities with the express bus terminal and the wider LRT network, Sungai Dua LRT Station is expected to make transfers between road and rail transport more convenient.

Passenger drop-off and pick-up areas are planned to support connections between private vehicles, e-hailing services and the LRT.
