Sungai Nibong LRT Station (S10) is a light rail transit station on the
Penang Mutiara Line, located along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah in the Sungai Nibong
area. The station is planned to improve rail access to nearby residential
neighbourhoods, schools and commercial developments.
Surrounding destinations include Taman Sri Nibong, Bukit Kecil, Bayan Point,
Krystal Point and Ideal Avenue. The station is expected to benefit residents,
students, office workers and visitors travelling to these neighbourhoods and
business premises.
With connections towards Bayan Baru, Bayan Lepas and George Town, Sungai Nibong
LRT Station will provide an alternative to road transport for daily commuting
and local journeys.
Passenger drop-off and pick-up areas are planned to facilitate transfers from
private vehicles and e-hailing services to the LRT network.
